Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

🏠 Product: Home Loan – Digital Sales

📍 Locations: Ranchi | Jamshedpur | Kolkata | Raipur | Guwahati

💰 Salary: Up to 2 LPA-3LPA

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert digital leads into Home Loan sales

• Connect with prospective customers and explain Home Loan products

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions

• Coordinate for document collection and verification

• Regularly follow up for loan processing & disbursement

• Maintain customer records and update CRM

• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

🔹 Eligibility:

🎓 Graduation in any discipline

💼 Minimum 6 months’ experience in Home Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC or Financial Services

🗣️ Good communication & negotiation skills

💻 Basic knowledge of Home Loan products, digital sales and CRM tools

🌟 Preferred Skills:

✔ Customer handling

✔ Target-oriented approach

✔ Strong interpersonal & communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team
