The role requires strong communication, monitoring, and coordination skills.---Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the entire team of telecallers.Ensure telecallers create customer files accurately and submit them on time.Assign daily targets, monitor progress, and track performance of each telecaller.Provide training, support, and guidance to improve call quality and productivity.Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of team performance.Motivate the team to achieve sales or lead-generation goals.Handle escalations and resolve telecaller or customer issues professionally
