Job Description

Loan Sales Executive

Position: Loan Sales Executive – Field Sales
Location: Dehradun
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

Requirements:

  • Graduate mandatory

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HL / LAP Sales

  • 700+ CIBIL Score mandatory

  • Experience in field sales and customer acquisition

  • Good knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) / Housing Loan products

  • Age: Up to 32 years

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory

  • Candidates should be from Dehradun or nearby locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers for HL/LAP loans

  • Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers

  • Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

  • Achieve monthly sales targets
