Job Title: Home Loan Telecaller

Job Description:

Finvest Fortune is looking for energetic and result-oriented Home Loan Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or possess excellent communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Home Loan, Balance Transfer, and Top-Up Loan products

• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly to clients

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company

• Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in CRM/Excel

• Coordinate with the sales and processing team for smooth conversion

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling / loan process
  (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Basic knowledge of Home Loans / Banking / Financial products preferred

• Comfortable with calling targets and customer interaction

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to grow
