Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete loan lifecycle including login, sanction processing, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement activities. Ensure proper verification of KYC, financial documents, agreements, and security documents. Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements. Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Accounts teams for smooth loan processing. Oversee disbursement activities including tranche releases, foreclosure, and loan closure processes. Handle escalations from internal stakeholders and customers efficiently. Maintain TAT and service quality standards. Prepare and review MIS reports and operational dashboards for management review. Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
Team Handling Responsibilities :
Lead, supervise, and manage a team of loan operations executives. Allocate tasks and ensure optimal workload distribution. Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and accuracy targets are achieved. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/training as required. Ensure the team strictly adheres to compliance and operational guidelines. Drive a performance-oriented and accountable team culture.
