Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Evaluate pledged gold ornaments as per company guidelines and complete loan processing documentation.
Maintain customer relationships, follow up for repayments/renewals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.
