We are looking for target-oriented and motivated Telecallers with experience in loan sales/financial services.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and follow up on leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP and other financial products.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
Coordinate with the sales/credit team for loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of telecalling/loan sales experience.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of loans and financial products preferred.
Hindi/English communication skills required; Bengali/Telugu will be an added advantage.
