📢 Field Loan Officer – Job Description
Company: L&T Micro Finance
Position: Field Loan Officer (FLO)
Job Responsibilities:
Visit customers in assigned areas for SHG Group Formation.
Identify and onboard new customers/groups.
Process and verify loan applications & documents.
Conduct field visits for customer verification.
Manage EMI collection and regular follow-up.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide service support.
Achieve assigned monthly business and collection targets.
Update daily field activities and customer information.
Eligibility:
🎓 Graduate Pass Mandatory
👤 Age: 20–33 Years
🏍️ Bike/Scooty + Licence/Learner Licence mandatory
👨💼 Male & 👩💼 Female candidates can apply
Field-work experience in sales/collection/finance will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 ₹19,000 CTC
⛽ Fuel Allowance: ₹3,600–₹5,000
