Looking for a dynamic Loan Sales Manager with expertise in Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) and Machinery Loans. This is a field role, perfect for someone who is target-driven and passionate about direct sourcing.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Generate business through direct sourcing (no DSA sourcing).

Drive sales of Business Loans & Machinery Loans in assigned locations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Conduct field visits, explain loan products, and ensure accurate documentation.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure compliance with company norms.

🎯 Skills & Key Requirements

✔ Minimum Experience: 1.5+ years in Loan Sales (mandatory).

✔ Specialization: Unsecured Business Loan / Machinery Loan only.

✔ Background NOT Accepted: Education Loan / Home Loan / Vehicle Loan.

✔ Direct Sourcing Only (no DSA sourcing experience).

✔ Communication: Basic English required.

✔ Education: Graduate (HSC only for exceptional candidates).

✔ Notice Period: Up to 25 days acceptable.

✔ Strong Sales Acumen: Ability to achieve targets in a competitive market.

✔ Relationship Management Skills: Building trust with clients.

✔ Negotiation Skills: Closing deals effectively.
