Position: Team Leader – Personal Loan
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead and manage a Personal Loan Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, mentoring team members, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining high productivity levels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/ Tele caller.
Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan disbursement targets.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Guide team members in lead generation, customer handling, and loan processing.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and conversion of loan applications.
Coordinate with operations and banking partners for smooth loan processing.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Personal Loan products and lending processes.
Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales.
At least 1 year of experience in team handling.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in DSA, NBFC, or Banking sector preferred.
