Paisabazaar is India's largest marketplace for financial products. We are looking for highly ambitious, self-driven, and experienced Home Loan professionals to join our dynamic direct sales team. Role Summary:

As a Sales Manager for Home Loans, you will be entirely responsible for driving business development through your own channels. This is a 100% self-sourced profile where you will utilize your existing network of builders, brokers, and clients to achieve high-volume monthly milestones.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independent Sourcing: Identify, pitch, and convert high-value Home Loan prospects through personal networking, direct field sourcing, and cold calling.

• Channel Network Building: Onboard and maintain strong, productive relationships with local real estate builders, property agents, connectors, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) to ensure a steady pipeline of referrals.

• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve a monthly home loan disbursal target of ₹2 Crores.

• End-to-End Loan Closure: Manage the complete loan lifecycle—from initial customer eligibility checks, comprehensive document collection (KYC, financial, and property papers), to file login and final bank disbursement.

• Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the client and partner banks/NBFCs to ensure seamless technical, legal, and credit approvals.

• Client Retention: Deliver top-notch doorstep customer service to drive organic references and repeat business.

Candidate Profile & Criteria (Strict):

• Age Limit: 20 to 26 years (Strictly enforced)

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven experience specifically in Home Loans / Mortgage Sales.

• Lead Generation: Must have the capability to generate own leads. Please note: Company leads will not be provided.

• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of local property markets, and a solid understanding of mortgage credit/legal parameters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 PA (Fixed Salary, based on experience & current CTC)

• Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-linked incentive structures with no upper cap.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
