About the Role:

We are seeking a female Business Development Executive with strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive business growth in the real estate and builder segment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate leads, build partnerships with builders/developers, and bring in home loan business to our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from builders, developers, and property consultants

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners

• Promote our home loan services to prospective clients

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal processing teams

• Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversions

• Attend site visits, meetings, and promotional events as needed

Requirements:

• Female candidate, preferably with experience in real estate, loans, or sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic understanding of home loan or mortgage loan process is a plus

• Proficiency in local language(s) and English

• Comfortable with field visits and client interaction
