Job Description: Lending Relationship Officer / Manager

Location: Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, and Chaibasa.

Role Overview

We are looking for result-oriented and energetic professionals to join our Lending team. As a Lending Relationship Officer / Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our financial products, maintaining merchant relationships, and ensuring high levels of field activity on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Targets
To succeed in this role, you must be disciplined and capable of meeting the following daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Field Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 15 merchant/client visits daily, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged in the official software.

Wealth Products: Successfully convert at least 2 Gold SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans) per day.

Insurance Sales: Secure at least 1 Term Insurance Plan daily to ensure comprehensive financial protection for our clients.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with local merchants and business owners to drive the adoption of Paytm’s lending and financial services.

Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for business growth within your assigned territory.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or the fintech sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily targets.

Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for field operations.

Familiarity with the local geography of Jharkhand (Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, etc.) is highly preferred.
