We are hiring for our Loan Sales team at Paytm, Chennai.Key Responsibilities:- Handle and promote loan products to customers (Merchant Loans & Personal Loans)- Achieve target of minimum ₹50 lakhs disbursal per month- Minimum 20 loan files to be successfully submitted per month- Build strong relationships with customersRequirements:- Minimum 10th pass (graduates or higher qualification preferred)- Field sales experience is an added advantage- Target-oriented mindsetBenefits:- Roles: Payment Relationship Executive / Officer / Manager- Salary range: ₹26,000 to ₹36,000- Attractive incentives with no limit — earn as much as you achieve!
