Job Summary
IIFL Home Loans is looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing home loan/loan against property (LAP) cases, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships with channel partners to achieve aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Actively source home loan/loan against property (LAP) leads from the open market, builders, brokers, connectors, and DSA channels.
Field Sales: Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients, explain product features, and guide them through the loan process.
Application Management: Responsible for end-to-end processing—initial documentation, KYC verification, and submission to the credit team.
Relationship Building: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers for referrals.
Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets consistently.
Coordinate: Liaison with credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth and quick loan approval/disbursal.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Channel/DSA sales.
Education: Graduation mandatory.
Mandatory Assets: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Credit Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CIBIL score checks (required CIBIL score up to 660).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
