Job Profile:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through machinery and equipment financing solutions. The role involves sourcing new customers, building distribution networks, managing dealer relationships, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio through effective collections and servicing.
Required:
• Minimum 1+ year of Experience in MSME/Business Loans/Working Capital/HL/LAP sales.
• Strong local market knowledge and dealer connections.
• Target-driven with good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate business for Machinery Loans & Equipment Finance (Plastic, Printing, and other industrial machines).
• Set up and manage dealer and distribution networks for machinery finance.
• Liaise with dealers, manufacturers, OEMs, Chartered Accountants, and market channels for sourcing leads.
• Achieve assigned sales targets across products and geographies.
• Understand customer credit profiles and recommend suitable finance schemes.
• Manage existing customer portfolio and ensure timely EMI recovery & collections.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other loan products.
• Monitor delinquency and portfolio health.
