💰 Salary & Compensation

Fresher

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month

• CTC: ₹2.22 LPA

• Benefits: Incentives + Petrol Allowance

Experienced

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹16,000/month

• CTC: ₹2.34 LPA

• Benefits: Incentives + Petrol Allowance

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Starting Business in New Villages

• Identify and survey new villages

• Support Branch Manager in feasibility checks

• Assist in completing village surveys

2️⃣ Business Sourcing

• Identify and meet potential female customers

• Explain loan products clearly

• Collect and verify KYC & residence documents

3️⃣ Disbursement Support

• Assist in loan disbursement process

• Ensure correct and complete documentation

4️⃣ EMI Collection

• Collect EMIs from customer groups

• Deposit collections on the same day

• Update transactions through LTFS App
