🔥 L&T Finance-এ জরুরি নিয়োগ | ফিল্ড লোন অফিসার (FLO) / ফিল্ড কালেকশন অফিসার (FCO) | পশ্চিমবঙ্গ

🏢 L&T Finance-এর সঙ্গে গড়ে তুলুন একটি স্থায়ী ও উজ্জ্বল ক্যারিয়ার। যোগ দিন Field Loan Officer (FLO) / Field Collection Officer (FCO) পদে।

⚠️ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ:

প্রার্থীদের নিজের বাড়ি থেকে ৫০–৭০ কিমি দূরের ব্রাঞ্চে পোস্টিং দেওয়া হবে এবং ব্রাঞ্চের কাছাকাছি থেকে কাজ করতে হবে।

যারা শুধুমাত্র বাড়ির কাছাকাছি চাকরি খুঁজছেন, তারা অনুগ্রহ করে এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করবেন না।

📌 কাজের দায়িত্ব:

✅ গ্রামে গ্রামে ফিল্ড ভিজিট করে গ্রুপ লোন প্রসেসিং করা।

✅ গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে সাপ্তাহিক/মাসিক EMI সংগ্রহ করা।

✅ গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং সময়মতো লোন কালেকশন নিশ্চিত করা।
