Customer Interaction: Conducting personal discussions to understand needs and providing optimal loan solutions.
Documentation & Processing: Collecting, verifying, and processing loan documents to ensure smooth disbursal.
Target Achievement: Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursal targets.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, developers, and brokers.
Market Mapping: Regularly scanning the assigned geography to identify new business opportunities.
