Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Sales Officer – Home Loan. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing home loan customers, managing leads, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Area Mapping:

Conduct regular lane-to-lane mapping in the assigned area/geography. Identify new lead sources and share updates during daily team huddles.

Source Relationship Management:

Build and manage strong relationships with sourcing channels and partners.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain daily reports of activities, sales, and progress in the prescribed format.

Channel Partner Engagement:

Identify the need for and assist in recruiting new channel partners when required.

Team Coordination:

Participate in daily team huddles and update progress.

Customer Relationship Management:

Enhance customer experience through strong relationship management and regular follow-ups.

Documentation:

Ensure complete and accurate documentation of home loan applications.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales preferred (Freshers may also apply)

Must have good communication skills

Willingness to travel within the city is mandatory
