About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and persuasive candidate who is fluent in both English and Hindi to pitch and sell home loan products to customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in home loan sales, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to build trust and close deals with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch home loan products.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable home loan solutions.

• Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.

• Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure timely conversion.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales status in the CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in loan sales pitching. Candidates who have pitched secured loan products will be preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good understanding of banking and loan processes.

• Comfortable working with clients and customers.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales closures.
