We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Loan Executive cum Telesales professional to join our growing team. This role combines loan sales with telecalling responsibilities, where you’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, pitch loan products to potential customers, and guide them through the application process.
Contact potential customers via phone to promote personal, home, or business loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or loan sales (preferred).
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.
Basic knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility criteria.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
