
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify potential customers through open market sourcing, referrals, and channel partners (builders, agents).
Client Management: Meet with clients, explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria, and assist in selecting suitable products.
Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and submit accurate loan application documents, ensuring timely processing, sanctioning, and disbursement.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for home loans and sometimes cross-sell related products (insurance, etc.).
Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
