We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home Loan Field Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for sourcing home loan leads, conducting field visits, verifying documents, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers for home loans.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other potential partners.
Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process to customers.
Collect and verify necessary documents (KYC, income proof, property papers, etc.).
Assist customers in filling out application forms and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely loan processing.
Follow up with customers throughout the application and disbursal process.
Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursals.
Provide excellent customer service and address queries or complaints
