
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Source new business leads via cold calling, direct marketing, and visiting the assigned catchment areas.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and builders for referrals.
Field Visits: Meet clients at their homes or offices to explain loan products, eligibility, and interest rates.
Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and submit complete loan documents, and facilitate the verification process.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for loan logging, sanctioning, and disbursement.
Compliance: Ensure ethical selling practices and adherence to all lending regulations.
