Loan Sales

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Actively seek out and generate potential new clients for loan products through various channels, including field visits and partnerships.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's revenue and growth.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all loan applications and processes comply with company policies, bank guidelines, and financial regulations.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters, processors, and risk management, to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
