 Build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs and objectives.

 Explain loan options, features, and benefits to clients and address any questions or

concerns they may have.

 Collect and verify client information, complete loan applications, and assist clients with

documentation requirements.

 Follow up with clients to provide updates on their loan applications, answer inquiries,

and address any issues or concerns
