We are currently hiring for the roles of Relationship Officer and Senior Relationship Officer within our Microfinance division.
The core responsibilities for these positions include:
- Managing Joint Liability Group (JLG) loans.
- Meeting with DWAKRA group leaders to coordinate and generate new groups.
- Facilitating the loan provision process on a daily basis.
Please note that this role requires significant field work, with an expected travel requirement of 20km to 25km daily.
