Job Description

Hiring: Loan Sales Executive – Nano Loan


Company: Freecharge Biz (Axis Bank)


Job Role: Loan Loan Sales – Field Sales


Job Responsibilities:


- Generate business loan leads by visiting small businesses and shops.

- Explain loan products ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh.

- Collect customer documents and process loan applications.

- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.


Eligibility:


- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates can also apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Experience in Business Loans, Personal Loans, MFI, BFSI, Finance Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.

- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based sales.


Salary: ₹13,000–₹20,500 per month + Performance-Based Incentives.


Work Area: Within a 25 KM radius of the assigned branch.
