About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and financial services. It's an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through calls and online channels.
* Connect with potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
* Explain our loan and insurance products clearly and professionally.
* Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility
* Pursuing or completed Graduation/MBA/BBA or equivalent.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
* Self-driven, confident, and eager to learn.
* Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
