Loan Portfolio Management:
Monitor existing loan portfolios, conduct utilization checks, and perform regular monitoring visits.
Sales & Promotion:
Promote all direct banking channels and new banking products to customers.
Credit Discipline:
Ensure strict credit discipline and work towards achieving zero default in loan recoveries.
Customer Service:
Deliver quality customer service and manage customer complaints proactively.
Compliance:
Record information and perform tasks in compliance with specified processes.
