Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the home loan process while building lasting relationships. You’ll play a key role in guiding borrowers from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.

Evaluate loan applications and financial information to determine creditworthiness.

Educate borrowers on available loan programs and guide them through the mortgage process.

Prepare and submit complete and accurate loan files to underwriting.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and closing goals.

Stay updated on industry regulations, products, and market trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Consultant, or related role.

Current NMLS license (required).

Strong knowledge of residential lending guidelines and loan products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with loan origination software (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
