Support sales channels with product training, collaterals, and competition benchmarking.
Process & Policy Management
Streamline product processes, documentation, and customer journey for better TAT (turnaround time).
Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure prudent underwriting and compliance with RBI guidelines.
Continuously review policies to minimize risk while maximizing business volumes.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor LAP offerings, interest rates, fees, and market positioning.
Recommend modifications to stay competitive in the market.
Stakeholder Management
Liaison with internal stakeholders like sales, credit, operations, legal, and collections.
Work with external partners (DSAs, connectors, fintechs) to drive business.
