Job Description

Cashflex Company is looking for a Executive to join our team in Dombivli East. In this role, you will focus on driving personal loan sales through outbound telecalling and lead generation.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.

Educate clients on loan eligibility, features, and benefits.

Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to conversion and follow-up.

Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Skills: verbal communication and basic computer proficiency.

Experience: Previous experience in personal loan selling and tellecalling is preferred

Freshers are also welcome.
