We are looking for a Loan Sales to join our team at Capino Wealth Advisory And Distribution Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹23000 and prospects of growth.

Job Summary

A Loan Officer is responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential customers to understand their loan requirements (personal, home, business, etc.)

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation

• Collect and verify required documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)

• Assess applicants’ creditworthiness and financial status

• Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for loan approval

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-loan support

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets

Requirements

For Freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of banking/finance concepts

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1–5+ years of experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services

• Strong knowledge of loan products and credit processes

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes

Salary Range (India)

• Fresher: ₹1.0 LPA – ₹3.0LPA+ incentive
