🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring Loan Promotion Officers to promote loan products, generate leads, and assist customers throughout the loan application process. The role involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and coordination with banks or NBFCs.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• 📢 Promote loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)

• 🤝 Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and tele-calling

• 📝 Assist customers in documentation and loan application process

• 📂 Collect, verify, and submit required documents

• 📞 Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing & approvals

• 🎯 Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets

• 🧾 Maintain customer data and follow-up records

🎓 Eligibility

• 📚 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 🕒 Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• 🎂 Age Limit: 20 to 32 years

• 🗣️ Good communication and convincing skills

• 🚲 Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
