Job Title: Relationship Officer Role - Mortgage Loan

Industry : Banking

Location: Entire Chennai

Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience into any Field Sales

Salary : Upto 25 K /Month + Attractive Incentives

NP - Immediate or Max 1 Month

Job Description :

· Meet with customers (in-person or virtual) to assess their needs and explain mortgage options.

· Collect financial and credit information, documents (e.g. income, assets, debts).

· Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from loan submission to closing.

· Evaluate creditworthiness and assess risk based on financial data.

· Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and title teams to ensure smooth loan workflows.

· Keep clients informed about status updates, approvals or rejections, and next steps.

· Ensure compliance with local / national regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

· Build referral networks with realtors, builders, financial planners to grow client base.
