We’re Hiring—Home Loan Sales Officer

Department: Home Loan
Profile: Sales Officer

Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience in Home Loans
Candidates with Banking Experience are also encouraged to apply

Location: Kolkata

(Salary will be offered based on interview performance and total years of experience.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate home loan business through field sales and referrals
Identify potential customers and explain home loan products
Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process
Coordinate with banks, credit teams, and operations for loan processing
Collect and verify required documents from customers
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely closures
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of home loan products
Banking or financial services experience
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in the field and meet targets
