🧾 Job Description
You’ll be part of the Lending Sales Team, enabling Offline Merchants to get easy loans through our lending partners.
Responsibilities:
🏃 Field Visits: Identify & meet merchants to pitch loan products.
📝 Loan Enablement: Assist merchants in availing loans & maintain accurate records.
💬 Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, benefits & processes.
📈 Sales Target: Achieve minimum 1 sale per day consistently.
💼 Customer Relations: Build & maintain strong merchant relationships.
🔐 Digital Process: Handle basic digital KYC, mandate setup & autopay steps.
🌟 Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
🛵 100% Field Role: Be on the ground and drive results!
🧭 Reporting Matrix
You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
📌 Requirements
🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma pass
🧠 Experience: 3–6 months in any sales role (Fintech experience preferred: Loans / Insurance / QR Sales)
🏍️ Bike & Driving License: Mandatory for field mobility
📲 Basic Knowledge of digital loan processes (KYC, Mandate, Autopay)
