• You’ll be part of the Lending Sales Team, enabling Offline Merchants to get easy loans through our lending partners.

• Responsibilities:

• 🏃 Field Visits: Identify & meet merchants to pitch loan products.

• 📝 Loan Enablement: Assist merchants in availing loans & maintain accurate records.

• 💬 Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, benefits & processes.

• 📈 Sales Target: Achieve minimum 1 sale per day consistently.

• 💼 Customer Relations: Build & maintain strong merchant relationships.

• 🔐 Digital Process: Handle basic digital KYC, mandate setup & autopay steps.

• 🌟 Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

• You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).

• 📌 Requirements

• 🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma pass

• 🧠 Experience: 3–6 months in any sales role (Fintech experience preferred: Loans / Insurance / QR Sales)

• 🏍️ Bike & Driving License: Mandatory for field mobility

• 📲 Basic Knowledge of digital loan processes (KYC, Mandate, Autopay)
