Job Summary:

Arham is looking for a dynamic and experienced Loan Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in banking loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process, client interaction, documentation, and coordination with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.

• Handle personal, home, business, and other types of loan applications.

• Collect and verify financial documents and ensure completeness.

• Maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

• Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely loan approvals.

• Guide clients through the loan process, documentation, and disbursement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Follow up with clients for pending documentation and repayments.

• Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the banking/loan sector.

• Strong knowledge of retail loan products.

• Good understanding of loan documentation and procedures.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).

Salary:

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
