The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating loan applications, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales operations. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Keep track of customer interactions and update records regularly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
