Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Home Loan/LAP leads through field sales, calling & networking.

  • Build relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors & customers.

  • Handle customer meetings, loan eligibility, KYC/documentation and file processing.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales MIS.

  • Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales

  • Lead Generation & Field Sales

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Loan Documentation & Basic Credit Knowledge

  • Communication & Negotiation

  • Own Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving License
