💼 Job Title: Loan Collection Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers for EMI and loan collection.
Follow up on overdue loan payments.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Explain repayment options and resolve payment issues.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Update collection reports and customer records.
Coordinate with the branch regarding collection status.
Ensure compliance with company policies during collections.
✅ Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Bike and valid Driving License mandatory.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
