Key Responsibilities: • Visit construction sites in your assigned territory to generate potential leads. • Build initial client contacts and share requirements with the internal Sales Team. • Maintain a daily visit and lead log. • Attend 2 days per week in the Chembur office for coordination and reporting. • Report directly to the Sales Manager. Candidate Requirements: • Education: Graduate (Fresher Graduates are welcome). • Age: Up to 35 years. • Skills: Good communication skills; self-motivated; comfortable with field work. • Other: Must own a bike with valid insurance for travel. • Location: Role is location-specific. You will work within your assigned zone. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹25,000 (Fixed, under NAPS scheme). • Incentives: Not applicable currently (to be decided). • Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday). • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. • Travel Reimbursement: Provided. • Probation Period: 6 Months. • Payroll: Directly on Wintus payroll. • Other Benefits: No PF/ESIC. Salary Cycle: • Salary Period: 1st to 30th of each month • Credit Timeline: Between 7th to 10th of every month
