We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and web research, contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.
Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects in the target market.
Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine outreach strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably B2B).
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement.
Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
