Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Lead Generation Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients to help expand our business reach. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, directories, etc.)

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media

• Maintain and update lead database regularly

• Assist in building and executing outreach campaigns

• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to schedule meetings or demos

• Maintain accurate records of activities and follow-ups

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business Administration preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools.

• Understanding of sales funnels and B2B marketing concepts

• Previous internship or project experience in lead generation or sales (optional)
