We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property site visits, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and site visits
Identify client requirements and provide suitable property options
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partners
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve targets
Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor activities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements
Coordinate with banks for loan processing (if applicable)
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
