KYC Field Executive

We are hiring KYC Field Executives for the AGRIM Project to onboard agro-based retailers for a top agri-commerce platform. If you have strong sales and customer engagement skills, this is your opportunity to grow!

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct shop-to-shop visits for retailer onboarding.

*Perform KYC verification and ensure accurate data collection.

*Use cold calling, field visits, and presentations to close sales.

*Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

*Prepare daily performance reports and share feedback with the team.

*Update and grow the retailer database effectively.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Below 10th pass accepted

Experience: 0 – 0.5 years (Freshers Welcome!)

Basic sales knowledge and customer handling skills.

Strong communication & negotiation abilities.

Must know how to use smartphone & basic apps.

Willingness to travel and work in the field (mandatory).
