KYC Field Executive

Role Title: Field Operations & KYC Executive

Location: City-based, field + office coordination

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Role Purpose

Ensure every Cradlewell service starts with verified trust, smooth nurse movement, and

strong on-ground presence near hospitals and nursing colleges.

Key Responsibilities

A. Customer KYC & Verification

• Collect and verify customer KYC documents as per Cradlewell SOP

• Conduct physical address verification when required

• Capture approved photographs (house exterior, entry point, location markers)

• Upload accurate data and images to CRM without delays

• Flag risk or mismatch cases before nurse deployment

B. Travel & Route Verification

• Visit nurse pickup and drop points identified by Operations

• Capture photos of bus stops, metro points, landmarks

• Share clear travel instructions and safety notes

• Help Ops build reusable travel plans for repeat locations

C. Local Outreach & Brand Presence

• Distribute Cradlewell pamphlets near hospitals, clinics, and nursing colleges

• Interact politely with front-desk staff where permitted

• Maintain a log of locations visited and permissions received

• No selling. No commitments. Only awareness and presence

D. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily activity checklist

• Share end-of-day updates with Ops team

• Escalate red flags early, not after failures

Skills & Profile

• 1–3 years experience in field roles (KYC, BFSI, healthcare, telecom, logistics preferred)

• Comfortable with city travel and field work

• Basic smartphone, Bike, WhatsApp, Google Forms usage

• Calm, disciplined, reliable personality

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
